Tesla chargers vary in speed depending on the type of charger:

1. Tesla Superchargers:

V1 and V2 Superchargers:Charging speed: Up to 150 kW.

Capable of adding around 170 miles of range in about 30 minutes.

V3 Superchargers:Charging speed: Up to 250 kW.

Can add up to 200 miles of range in around 15 minutes. These chargers are designed for newer Tesla models like the Model 3 and Model Y, which are optimized for high-speed charging.

2. Tesla Destination Chargers:

These are slower Level 2 chargers often found at hotels, restaurants, and other locations.

Charging speed: Typically around 11.5 kW.

Can add 30 to 44 miles of range per hour, depending on the Tesla model.

3. Home Chargers (Wall Connector):

Charging speed: Up to 11.5 kW (depending on your home electrical setup).

Can add 30 to 44 miles of range per hour.

Summary:

Supercharger V3 is the fastest, offering up to 250 kW and adding up to 200 miles in 15 minutes.

Home charging and destination charging are slower but sufficient for overnight or longer stays.
