Thank you for choosing Symagal. We are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Here are the details of our shipping policy:


Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that during peak seasons, there may be delays in shipping.


Shipping Methods: We shall dispatch your Goods by carrier( FedEx, DHL, or UPS) directly from factory located in China. It will take 7-10 business days. 


Shipping Rates: Free delivery is available on orders over $100 (NOT available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. outlying islands and territories). Orders under $100 are subject to a delivery charge of $15. Additional delivery charge and tariffs will be calculated at the checkout page if there is any.


Remote Area: Orders within remote locations will take longer delivery time and additional delivery cost may be charged. Please note that the delivery time and shipping fees depend on the address specified for each order. 


Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email for you to track the status of delivery.


Address Changes and Cancellations: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.

You may make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.


Damaged Goods: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at contact@symagal.com so that we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
